Choice of other language.

1.   Activate a menu.	2.   Choose a menu of "Lingvo" item	3.   Choose a language (Esperanto).
4.    Result: comments, menu items and headers - now in chosen language. The fields which enters or corrects user, and also some headers depending on sewing of telephone, are not translated.   The language choice will be memorized in the long duration memory of telephone and will be used for the subsequent starts of the program, until other language will not be chosen.
